CW Pride Annual General Meeting (AGM)

All members are encouraged to attend the AGM. If you are considering becoming an official member, which is required to vote, membership fees are only a five dollar contribution to the organization per year.

Our AGM is coming soon! Please join us on Wednesday, November 19th from 7-9pm at the Elora Public Library. Not only will we be voting on executive members, sub-committee leads and changes to our Terms of Reference, this is also a time to celebrate the first year of CW Pride and the bright future ahead of us ❤️

Co-founder Diane Ballantyne will be our guest speaker, and we will reflect upon our year.

All CW Pride members are encouraged to attend. If you are considering becoming a member (which will allow you to vote at the AGM), membership fees are a $5 contribution to the organization per year. Please send us a message if you are interested in becoming a member.

We will be in the downstairs room which is accessible through the right side door of the library. Free parking is available on the roads beside/in-front of the library. Please feel free to bring along snacks or non-alcoholic beverages for everyone to enjoy.
