CW Pride is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all Event Participants.

Event Participants are expected to treat others with dignity, courtesy and respect.

Event Participants are entitled to an experience free from bullying, violence, and harassment, in any form, be it physical, emotional, verbal, or sexual.

Event Participants are expected to communicate respectfully and with accountability and are entitled to receive the same respect.

If any Event Participant is found to be overly intoxicated and posing a safety risk, event organizers reserve the right to remove them from the event. Illicit substances are strictly prohibited.

Service and companion animals are allowed. Animals must be leashed and under the complete control of their owners at all times. We request that you honour the needs and preferences of other attendees who may not want animals in their personal space. Do not bring large or aggressive animals to the event.

Please immediately report any abusive content or behaviour that violates this Code to a CW Pride Committee member or event volunteer.

Participants not abiding by this Code of Conduct will be asked to leave the event.
