SUMMARY:CW Pride Annual General Meeting (AGM)
DESCRIPTION:All members are encouraged to attend the AGM. If you are considering becoming an official member\, which is required to vote\, membership fees are only a five dollar contribution to the organization per year. \nOur AGM is coming soon! Please join us on Wednesday\, November 19th from 7-9pm at the Elora Public Library. Not only will we be voting on executive members\, sub-committee leads and changes to our Terms of Reference\, this is also a time to celebrate the first year of CW Pride and the bright future ahead of us ❤️ \nCo-founder Diane Ballantyne will be our guest speaker\, and we will reflect upon our year.  \nAll CW Pride members are encouraged to attend. If you are considering becoming a member (which will allow you to vote at the AGM)\, membership fees are a $5 contribution to the organization per year. Please send us a message if you are interested in becoming a member.  \nWe will be in the downstairs room which is accessible through the right side door of the library. Free parking is available on the roads beside/in-front of the library. Please feel free to bring along snacks or non-alcoholic beverages for everyone to enjoy.  \nSee you there 🙂
